Farm Feast: What you need to know!

farmfeast colour_done (1)Farm Feast is this weekend. On Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th we’ll be opening the gate at Claremont Farm for two days of food, drink and music.

So what do you need to know?

Well first the weather forecast is sunny. So bring sunglasses and sun cream. We don’t want anyone getting burnt! But it’s also England, in June, so wear wellies and bring your waterproof just so you’ve got every base covered.

The easiest way to get to Farm Feast is by train. We’re offering free shuttle buses to and from Spital station. It’s just a twenty minute walk, or a bike ride away. The shuttle buses will run until 11pm.

The lovely people at Merseyrail have written a guide to buying family tickets, adult fares and where to find the right Merseyrail Journey Planner and it’s all here.

Wirral Satellite Taxis will also be on hand to pick up or drop off.

If you do have to drive to Farm Feast there is no parking on Poulton Royd. There’s traffic controls in place on the Clatterbridge Roundabout and follow the signs. Remember that we’re a farm in a close community and we’d be chuffed if you didn’t upset our neighbours by parking in driveways or blocking their exits. Please park where you’re directed.

This is where we are on a map.

If you’re dropping someone off then please note all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. If you have a group of teens who are all under 16 please have a designated grown-up with them.

Once you’re in, everything’s free apart from food and drink. Remember we don’t have any cash points on site. The only card machine is to pay for your ticket at the gate if you haven’t bought one in advance. Individual exhibitors might have card machines for payment but be on the safe side bring as much cash as you think you’ll need.

You can buy tickets on the gate. For fast track buy them in advance. Just bring your printed off ticket, or your reference number and name and we’ll find you on our ticket system. Everyone with a ticket will be given a wristband. You can walk in and out of the festival site but keep on your wristband while you’re at Farm Feast.

Dogs are allowed onto the festival site but they must be kept on a  lead and clean up after them. Use the bins provided for all your dog waste needs.

All of our lineups are live online. From Chef’s Theatre to Little Feasters, Good Life Marquee as well as the Music lineups on the Courtyard Stage and Main Stage you can plan your times and visit simply and easily by browsing through the sections online. Under Exhibitors you’ll find all of the 100+ food producers you’ll find at Farm Feast.

Mostly, and we mean this most of all, have an awesome time. We couldn’t do Farm Feast without your support. If you do need to talk to any organiser onsite we’ll be in easily identifiable T Shirts, along with our amazing volunteers.

Thank you!
