Luke Thomas

Chef Luke Thomas began cooking at the age of 12. Having worked at Chester’s Grosvenor Hotel, the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai and Alinea in Chicago, Luke has worked with some of the UK’s finest chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Thomas Keller and Gary Rhodes.

Three years ago he became the youngest head chef in the UK when he took over at a  restaurant in Cookham. Now named Luke’s Fine Dining at Sanctum on the Green the star of BBC documentary Britain’s Youngest Chef is still just 21.
