Liverpool-born Michelin starred chef Matt Worswick works across Thornton Hall Hotel’s & Spa’s three AA rosette restaurant The Lawns, the Brasserie, Bar/Lounge, Private Dining and banqueting.

At just 27, Matt has already worked in some of the country’s best kitchens including the luxury Glenapp castle Hotel in Ayrshire (where he achieved a Michelin star), Le Champignon Sauvage with David Everitt-Matthias and The Elephant in Torquay.
